As a Beauty Advisor for Estée Lauder, the successful candidate will leverage creative and technical expertise to deliver an immersive, personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers through makeup application and consultation. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized makeup consultation and application services to customers
- Execute in-store events and activations designed to drive engagement and sales impact

- Operate retail point-of-sale software and manage transactions
