As a highly skilled Beauty Advisor for Estée Lauder, this role combines creative expertise and technical proficiency to deliver an inspirational, personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers. The successful candidate will collaborate with a high-performing team to execute in-store events, maintain elevated visual merchandising standards, and drive competitive differentiation. While formal makeup artistry certification or prior retail makeup experience is preferred, applicants with amateur-level expertise and strong creative and technical capabilities are welcome to apply.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service through in-store makeup consultations and applications
- Combine creative and technical expertise to educate customers and enhance their beauty experience
- Collaborate with the in-store team to execute impactful in-store events and promotions
- Maintain elevated visual merchandising standards to ensure competitive store presentation
- Operate retail point-of-sale software efficiently during fast-paced trading periods
- Work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events as required
Qualifications
- Formal qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise also considered
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in Taiwan
Skills
Experience
While formal makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is desirable, applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise are welcome. Previous experience with retail point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
Education
