A part-time beauty advisor position combining makeup artistry with personalized customer consultation and in-store retail experience. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, consultative makeup applications and beauty advice to customers, translating product knowledge into transformative in-store experiences
- Execute point-of-sale transactions with precision and efficiency whilst ensuring seamless customer interactions
- Collaborate with store team members to organize and execute brand-led in-store events and promotional campaigns
- Maintain elevated visual merchandising standards throughout the beauty counter to ensure competitive positioning and brand alignment
- Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and application techniques whilst identifying needs and recommending appropriate solutions
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or demonstrable previous retail beauty counter experience (preferred but not essential)
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a retail environment
- Capacity to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special event days in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
