Role & Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, inspirational makeup consultations and applications that educate and delight customers
• Execute in-store events and promotional activities as part of a high-performing team to maximize impact and drive sales
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store to ensure competitive advantage and brand excellence
• Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage customer transactions accurately
• Deliver authentic, personalized customer service across a fast-paced retail environment
• Support store operations during extended retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events

Qualifications

• Makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise also considered
• Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
• Flexibility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
• Legal right to live and work in Brazil (proof required if invited to interview)

Skills

Experience

While formal makeup artistry certification or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, the role welcomes applicants at the amateur level who demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise and a genuine passion for prestige beauty.

Education

Makeup artistry qualification or equivalent professional training is preferred but not required; secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) is expected.
