A prestige beauty advisor delivers personalized in-store consultations and customer service for Estée Lauder Companies retail locations. The role combines creative expertise and technical product knowledge to curate an inspirational, welcoming experience; responsibilities include executing visual merchandising displays, managing in-store promotional events, and maintaining brand standards across the retail floor. This is a freelance position staffed through Randstad, offering flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and customer service to in-store clients
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays to brand standards across the retail sales floor
• Support and facilitate in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
• Maintain active product knowledge of brand offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers
• Collaborate with store teams to ensure seamless floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide authentic, personalized customer service in a luxury retail environment
• Flexibility to work varied retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods, reach, bend, and move merchandise up to 25 lbs

Skills

Experience

Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred but not required; demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service is essential.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal education requirement specified.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.60 to USD 32.40 per hour.
