The Beauty Advisor combines make-up artistry and customer service to deliver personalized in-store experiences, support events and uphold visual merchandising standards. This is a seasonal, part-time position at Estée Lauder’s CCS Orlando Vineland store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers, using creative and technical make-up expertise.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create impact through in-store events.
  • Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out against competitors.

Qualifications

  • A qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
  • Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
