Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, inspirational makeup consultations and applications tailored to individual customer preferences and needs
• Educate customers on product benefits, application techniques, and skincare regimens to enhance their purchasing experience
• Execute in-store promotional events and campaigns as part of a collaborative retail team
• Maintain exemplary visual merchandising standards across the beauty counter to maximize competitive positioning
• Operate retail point-of-sale software to process transactions and manage customer accounts
• Work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Makeup artistry certification or previous retail beauty experience preferred; amateur-level experience acceptable if accompanied by demonstrated creative and technical skill
• Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Capacity to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
• Right to live and work in the United Kingdom

Experience
