Estée Lauder is seeking a part-time Beauty Advisor for its La Rinascente retail store in Monza. The role focuses on personalized customer service, sales objectives, creating distinctive shopping experiences and supporting visual merchandising standards; candidates should be available for weekends, possible evening shifts and promotional events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide authentic, personalized service that meets assigned customer-service and sales objectives.
- Use a passion for customer interaction, the company, its products and services to create an inspirational, informative and unique shopping experience for every customer.
- Build collaborative relationships with the team to achieve the company’s high visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or services, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work according to store hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, possible evening shifts and promotional events.
- Previous experience using retail management systems is preferred.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Italy.
