Estée Lauder seeks a Beauty Advisor to deliver welcoming, authentic and personalised customer service, create inspiring in-store experiences and support sales objectives. The role builds collaborative team relationships and helps maintain the company’s store standards; it is a temporary full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, authentic and personalised service to customers, achieving sales and customer service objectives.
- Create a unique and inspiring in-store experience that helps each customer discover what inspires and delights them.
- Build collaborative working relationships with the store team.
- Help ensure the store meets the company’s high standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in point-of-sale retail or customer service is valued, preferably in cosmetics or fragrance.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspiring, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and foster a positive working environment.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
- Experience handling cash registers or point-of-sale software is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred.
