Estée Lauder seeks a Beauty Advisor in Melbourne to deliver personalized customer experiences, contribute to in-store events and uphold visual merchandising standards. The role is part-time and includes training and development and a competitive remuneration and benefits package.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical expertise and a passion for people to engage customers.
- Contribute to a high-performing team and create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store meets high visual merchandising standards and stands out against competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Able to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must provide proof of the right to live and work in Australia if invited to interview.
