Estée Lauder seeks a creative and technically skilled Beauty Advisor to deliver an inspiring, personalized in-store experience and educate customers on prestige makeup and skincare products. The role combines artistry with customer engagement, requiring proficiency in makeup application, retail point-of-sale systems, and visual merchandising standards. Part-time position based at Miromar Outlets in Estero, Florida.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, consultative makeup application and skincare guidance to customers
- Demonstrate creative and technical expertise in makeup artistry to inspire customer confidence and satisfaction
- Execute in-store events and promotions to drive brand engagement and sales impact
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and in-store displays to ensure competitive positioning
- Operate retail point-of-sale software efficiently and accurately
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing retail team in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current with brand developments and seasonal campaigns
Qualifications
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Demonstrated creative and technical expertise in makeup application (professional certification or amateur-level experience both welcomed)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Availability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
Experience
While professional makeup artistry certification or prior retail makeup experience is preferred, the company welcomes applicants demonstrating amateur-level expertise combined with strong creative vision and technical capability. Retail experience in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury goods is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Professional makeup artistry certification desirable but not required.

The successful candidate will be located in Estero, Florida, USA, with easy access to Fort Myers.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.50 to USD 21 per hour.
