Estée Lauder is hiring a Beauty Advisor in Madrid to deliver personalised beauty service and achieve sales and service objectives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, authentic and personalised service to customers while achieving sales and customer service objectives.
- Use a passion for people, the company, its products and services to create a unique and inspiring in-store experience that helps customers discover what inspires and delights them.
- Build collaborative working relationships with the team to ensure the store meets the Company's high standards.
Qualifications
- Point-of-sale or customer service experience is valued, preferably in cosmetics or fragrance.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspiring, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Ability to work as part of a team and foster a positive working environment.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
- Experience handling cash registers or point-of-sale software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
