Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Collaborate with the team on in-store events.
- Help ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- Retail sales experience or a relevant qualification is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
