Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personal, service-oriented customer care at the highest level.
- Offer individual product consultations and sell suitable products.
- Confidently guide customer conversations through to close.
- Share responsibility for achieving targets and implementing the brand philosophy.

Qualifications
- Training in pharmacy retail, makeup or cosmetics, preferably with experience in retail or the premium cosmetics segment.
- Entrepreneurial and team-oriented personality.
- Independent and goal-oriented.
- Excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance.
- Excellent German skills.
- English and any additional foreign language are an advantage.
- Flexibility regarding working hours and weekend shifts.
