Estée Lauder seeks a creative and customer-focused Beauty Advisor for on-call freelance staffing at retail locations in the Long Beach/Torrance area. The role combines technical expertise in prestige beauty product knowledge with exceptional interpersonal skills to deliver personalized consultations, execute visual merchandising displays, and support promotional events in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and customer service to drive customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to engage customers and drive sales
- Maintain active product knowledge of brand offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers effectively
- Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
Skills
Experience
