Estée Lauder is seeking a Beauty Advisor for a 30-hour-per-week role at Fenwick Brent Cross. The advisor delivers personalised customer experiences, supports in-store events and visual merchandising, and brings creative and technical make-up expertise; amateur-level experience is welcomed where expertise can be demonstrated.
Role & Responsibilities
- Combine creative and technical expertise and a passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, personalised in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Contribute to in-store events as part of a high-performing team.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A make-up artistry qualification or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
