Estée Lauder seeks a Beauty Advisor in Glasgow to provide personalized customer experiences, support in-store events and uphold visual merchandising standards. Make-up artistry certification or retail make-up experience is preferred, while applicants with amateur experience and strong creative and technical expertise are welcome. This is a part-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers, drawing on make-up artistry expertise and a passion for people.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store consistently meets high visual merchandising standards and stands out against competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
