Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, inspirational beauty consultations and product education to customers
- Demonstrate makeup application techniques and build creative looks tailored to individual customer preferences
- Execute in-store events and promotional activities to drive sales and brand engagement
- Maintain exemplary visual merchandising standards within the beauty counter to differentiate the brand
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail beauty counter experience is preferred but not required
- Amateur-level makeup experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise acceptable
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events

Experience
