Estée Lauder seeks a freelance Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized customer consultations and curated in-store experiences at its Ft. Lauderdale retail location. This role combines creative expertise with a passion for customer engagement, encompassing beauty consultations, visual merchandising execution, and support for in-store promotional events. The successful candidate will maintain product knowledge across the Estée Lauder brand portfolio and collaborate with floor staff to ensure seamless operations in a dynamic retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution preferred

Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service. Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred but not required.
