Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and tailored beauty consultations to in-store customers
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across the retail sales floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement and brand awareness
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of brand offerings, features, and application techniques to educate and advise customers effectively
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure seamless floor operations and optimal customer experience during assigned shifts
Qualifications
