Estée Lauder seeks a skilled Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized in-store consultations and customer service at its Flushing/Queens retail location. This on-call freelance role combines creative expertise with technical product knowledge to create an inspirational shopping experience, execute visual merchandising displays, and support promotional events. The successful candidate will demonstrate mastery of brand offerings, maintain high presentation standards, and collaborate with team members to optimize customer engagement in a fast-paced retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and tailored beauty consultations to in-store customers
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across the retail sales floor
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement and brand awareness
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of brand offerings, features, and application techniques to educate and advise customers effectively
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure seamless floor operations and optimal customer experience during assigned shifts

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a dynamic environment
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Previous retail or beauty industry experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution (preferred)

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 36 per hour.
