As a Beauty Advisor for Estée Lauder, the incumbent will combine creative and technical expertise with a passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers. The role encompasses both individual customer consultations and collaborative in-store events designed to maximize impact. Certification in makeup artistry and previous retail makeup experience are desirable, though candidates demonstrating amateur-level expertise with strong creative fundamentals will be considered. The successful candidate will maintain rigorous visual merchandising standards and contribute to the store's competitive positioning within the prestige beauty sector.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide expert makeup artistry consultations and personalized beauty advice to customers in-store
• Execute makeup applications that educate customers on product benefits and techniques
• Coordinate and participate in in-store events and product launches to drive customer engagement
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand presentation throughout the sales floor
• Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage customer transactions
• Work collaboratively within a high-performing team environment to achieve store objectives

Qualifications

• Certification or formal training in makeup artistry, or equivalent professional makeup experience in a retail environment
• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
• Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
• Legal right to live and work in Israel

Skills

Experience

While formal certification in makeup artistry and previous retail makeup experience is preferred, candidates with demonstrated high-level creative and technical expertise at an amateur level will be welcomed. Any previous experience in beauty retail or customer-facing advisory roles is advantageous.

Education

Formal certification or training in makeup artistry is preferred but not required; candidates with significant self-directed expertise in makeup application and color theory will be considered.
