This roaming beauty advisor position offers the opportunity to deliver personalized and inspirational in-store beauty experiences across multiple retail locations. The role combines direct customer engagement, consultative selling, and visual merchandising collaboration to achieve sales targets whilst maintaining Estée Lauder's elevated standards of service and presentation. Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming, authentic, and personalized beauty consultations to drive customer satisfaction and sales performance
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and application techniques to inspire and educate customers
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and collaborate with store teams to ensure brand consistency across roaming locations
• Achieve assigned customer service and sales targets through consultative selling and relationship building
• Provide services across multiple store locations, managing transitions and maintaining service continuity
• Adapt to fast-paced retail environments and manage flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and special events

Qualifications

• Previous retail makeup experience or makeup artistry qualification preferred; demonstrated creative and technical expertise at any level welcome
• Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
• Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
• Right to live and work in South Africa

Skills

Experience

Retail makeup experience or equivalent creative and technical expertise in a customer-facing beauty environment preferred, though motivated individuals with amateur-level experience and strong consultative abilities will be considered.

Education

Makeup artistry qualification or beauty-related certification preferred; not mandatory if demonstrated through professional retail experience.
