Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized makeup consultations and applications to customers, combining creative artistry with product knowledge
  • Deliver authentic, inspirational customer service that educates and delights clientele in a high-energy retail environment
  • Collaborate with team members to execute in-store beauty events and promotional activities that drive sales and brand impact
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising displays to enhance the in-store aesthetic and competitive positioning
  • Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently during assigned shifts
  • Support inventory management and product placement in accordance with brand guidelines

Qualifications

  • Makeup artistry certification or proven previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
  • Amateur-level makeup experience with demonstrable creative and technical expertise
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
  • Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
  • Valid proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom
