Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and skincare recommendations to customers based on individual needs and preferences
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across the retail sales floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events, product demonstrations, and brand activations to drive customer engagement and brand awareness
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all brand offerings, including features, application techniques, and benefits to educate customers effectively
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a retail or luxury environment
- Proven capability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- Legal authorization to work in the United States with ability to provide proof upon hire
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with retail sales environments and customer-facing service execution preferred
