Estée Lauder Companies seeks a dynamic Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized customer consultations and elevate the in-store experience at its retail locations. This on-call freelance position combines creative and technical expertise with customer engagement, encompassing visual merchandising execution, in-store event coordination, and product education to drive brand impact and sales performance in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and skincare recommendations to customers based on individual needs and preferences
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across the retail sales floor
• Support and execute in-store promotional events, product demonstrations, and brand activations to drive customer engagement and brand awareness
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all brand offerings, including features, application techniques, and benefits to educate customers effectively
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during assigned shifts

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a retail or luxury environment
• Proven capability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
• Legal authorization to work in the United States with ability to provide proof upon hire
• Previous retail or beauty industry experience preferred
• Familiarity with retail sales environments and customer-facing service execution preferred

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.60 to USD 29 per hour.
