Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store beauty consultations and makeup application services
- Educate customers on product features, benefits and application techniques tailored to individual skin types and preferences
- Participate in high-impact in-store events and promotional activities to drive sales and brand engagement
- Maintain elevated visual merchandising standards to differentiate the store from competitors
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and manage transactions efficiently
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing team to achieve sales and service objectives
- Demonstrate authentic, consultative customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience welcomed if demonstrating high creative and technical expertise
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Right to live and work in Colombia, with ability to provide proof of eligibility
Skills
Experience
Previous retail makeup experience or certified makeup artistry qualification is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience demonstrating strong creative and technical abilities are also considered.
Education
Makeup artistry certification or equivalent qualification is desirable but not required; on-the-job training provided.
