Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and customer service to in-store patrons
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards throughout the retail floor
- Support and coordinate in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of brand product offerings, formulations, features, and application techniques
- Collaborate with store team members to ensure seamless floor operations and optimal customer experience during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
