Estée Lauder seeks a creative and technically skilled Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized in-store cosmetics consultations and application services at Boots Ballymena. The successful candidate will combine makeup artistry expertise with exceptional customer service to educate and inspire clientele, whilst maintaining premium visual merchandising standards and contributing to high-impact in-store events. This part-time, 18-hour weekly position offers an entry point into prestige beauty retail for dynamic professionals with amateur-level or formal makeup training.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, personalized makeup application and cosmetics consultation services to enhance the customer in-store experience
- Demonstrate technical expertise in makeup artistry, product knowledge, and beauty techniques specific to Estée Lauder brands
- Execute and support in-store promotional events and product launches to drive customer engagement and sales
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and brand presentation throughout the beauty department
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing retail team to achieve store performance targets
Qualifications
- Formal makeup artistry qualification or previous retail beauty counter experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated ability to deliver authentic, personalized, and inspirational customer service
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Right to live and work in the United Kingdom
