Estée Lauder seeks part-time Beauty Advisors to deliver consultative sales and product expertise across multiple locations in Israel, including Ramla, Yavne, Jerusalem, Kfar Saba, Netanya, and Eilat. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultation and recommendations to clients
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and manage client relationships
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and counter presentation
- Work flexible shift schedules including weekend and evening service
- Achieve sales targets through consultative selling and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in retail or point-of-sale environments
- Cosmetics industry knowledge or experience (preferred)
