Estée Lauder seeks a dynamic Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized customer consultations and maintain visual excellence in prestige beauty retail environments. This on-call freelance role combines technical product expertise with creative merchandising and event execution to create engaging in-store experiences across Estée Lauder Companies retail locations. The position requires flexibility to work variable retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special promotional events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer consultations and beauty services in-store
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards throughout the retail floor
- Support and conduct in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge regarding brand offerings, features, and application techniques
- Collaborate with store team members to ensure optimal operations and customer experience during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
- Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods, reach, bend, and lift merchandise up to 25 lbs
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or beauty industry experience preferred; familiarity with retail sales environments and customer-facing service execution is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; beauty or cosmetology training considered a plus.
