Estée Lauder seeks an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. The successful candidate will demonstrate proven supervisory and retail operations expertise gained in a fast-paced luxury beauty environment, with demonstrated ability to mentor team members and drive performance across all metrics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Support the Store Manager in daily store/counter operations and team management
- Drive inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service delivery
- Manage retail operations including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Oversee retail point-of-sale systems and related administrative functions
- Work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Previous supervisory experience with a demonstrated track record of coaching and mentoring
- Retail operations expertise including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and special events
- Legal right to work in Australia
