Estée Lauder Companies seeks an inspirational Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading and coaching a team of Sales Associates at a prestige beauty retail counter. The successful candidate will drive sales, customer service, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment, with proven supervisory experience and a demonstrated ability to develop team members and achieve performance targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales targets and customer service standards
  • Oversee daily retail operations including inventory management, cash reconciliation, and point-of-sale system management
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty
  • Coach and mentor team members to reach their full potential and achieve individual and collective performance goals
  • Manage retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
  • Previous supervisory experience with a demonstrated track record of coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Retail operations expertise including inventory management and cash reconciliation
  • Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
  • Proof of right to live and work in the United States

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.50 to USD 27 per hour.
