Role & Responsibilities

- Oversee brand YouTube uploads and digital video content management to support campaigns and product launches
- Lead seasonal asset tracker reviews with regional partners to identify and prioritize market-specific requirements and drive localized business outcomes
- Manage alternative asset briefing, development, tracking, and release of global online assets to support brand.com and third-party retailer platforms; manage asset extension requirements
- Build and distribute the Global Asset Spreadsheet to coordinate product photography and copy for new innovations, ensuring market specifications are accurately reflected

- Support online guided selling tools by briefing, building, and managing content management system (CMS) components; facilitate regional localization to maintain global merchandising best practices
- Manage creative requests and brief online creative teams throughout the asset development lifecycle; review drafts, provide strategic feedback, and ensure timely asset finalization
- Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with regional and affiliate teams to execute global brand and e-commerce strategies and activations

Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in online/e-commerce, with demonstrated emphasis on prestige or luxury beauty e-commerce
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Strong understanding of and demonstrated interest in e-commerce strategy, digital marketing disciplines, and the beauty and prestige goods industry
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, systems, and reporting tools including content and asset management systems, business intelligence reporting systems, Google Analytics, Jira, Confluence, and Box
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Expertise in website quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) methodologies
