Estée Lauder seeks an inspirational Assistant Counter Manager to support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing Sales Associates across all sales, customer service, and operational targets within a prestige beauty retail environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate proven supervisory and coaching expertise alongside a deep passion for retail operations and team development within a fast-paced setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing counter operations and staff performance
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service excellence
- Manage inventory and conduct cash reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Execute retail point-of-sale operations and manage associated software systems

Qualifications
