Éric Bompard is hiring an Experienced Sales Associate on a permanent, full-time 35-hour contract for its La Vallée Village boutique in Serris, with positions available from late August 2026. The role combines elevated client service and sales performance with daily store operations, merchandising, stock management, and responsibility for opening and closing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome each client with authenticity, elegance, and attention to detail.
- Tell the stories behind iconic pieces through inspiring product narratives.
- Build in-depth product knowledge to create a distinctive client experience.
- Assist local and international clientele and contribute to client retention.
- Help organize events and key retail moments.
- Support the achievement of team sales targets.
- Contribute to the store’s daily operations, including cash handling, following procedures, and promoting exclusive services.
- Maintain the boutique in line with Bompard standards, including product presentation and cleanliness.
- Take an active part in stock management, including goods receipt, organization, and replenishment.
- Apply visual merchandising principles and present collections in line with guidelines.
- Ensure the store opens and closes in accordance with internal procedures.
- Work autonomously and take initiative to manage unexpected situations and optimize workflows.
- Help convey Bompard’s brand identity through professional conduct, product communication, and support for reinforcement teams.
Qualifications
- Established sales experience, ideally in fashion, premium, or luxury retail.
- Mandarin proficiency.
- Dynamic and curious, with a genuine sensitivity to fashion and fine materials.
- Able to make suggestions and bring a team together, with an interest in working collaboratively.
- Polished presentation, a service-oriented approach, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience
Established experience in sales, ideally in fashion, premium, or luxury retail.
