About Éric Bompard

Éric Bompard is recruiting Assistant Store Managers for its Paris boutiques, with positions available immediately. The role combines client experience and product storytelling with store operations, stock management, team development, daily briefings and sales performance monitoring.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome each client with authenticity, elegance and attention to detail.
- Tell the story of iconic pieces through inspiring product narratives.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to create a distinctive client experience.
- Actively help organize in-store events.
- Assist the Store Manager with store operations, including opening and closing, HR administration, logistics and visual merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety standards.
- Participate in stock management and receive deliveries.
- Supervise, support and develop the sales team day to day, with regular follow-up on individual performance.
- Help onboard new team members and develop each person's skills through continuous improvement.
- Lead daily briefings and closely monitor performance indicators to support the achievement of sales targets and team cohesion.
