Emilio Pucci seeks a Store Planning & Facility Specialist in Milan, Italy to manage retail space development and facility operations across the Italian network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the management of new store opening projects from conception through completion
- Oversee renovation and touch-up projects for existing retail locations
- Facilitate the opening of temporary stores, seasonal pop-ups, and in-store corners
- Apply Concept Guidelines consistently with Creative Direction aesthetic standards
- Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and external suppliers while monitoring project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate and supervise ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Manage operational relationships and communications with facility service providers
- Address maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns with prompt and effective resolution
- Prepare and configure showroom spaces to ensure optimal presentation and functionality
- Support property and service management planning and execution
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in a technical field (Surveying, Architecture, Building Engineering, or Civil Engineering)
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in store planning, facility management, or related retail operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D
- Fluent in both Italian and English, written and spoken
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and 3D software is advantageous

Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in store planning, facility management, or similar roles within the luxury fashion or retail sector, demonstrating competency in managing renovation projects, coordinating with external contractors, and overseeing facility operations.
Education
Diploma or degree in a technical discipline such as Surveying, Architecture, Building Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
