Emilio Pucci seeks a Store Planning & Facility Specialist Intern in Milan to support facility management and store development across Italian locations. September start, €750/month + meal vouchers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Manager in store planning and project management activities, including new store openings, existing store renovations, and seasonal pop-up store launches
- Coordinate and supervise routine and emergency maintenance activities (electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems) and manage relationships with external vendors
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment failures, ensuring effective and timely resolution
- Assist in the preparation and setup of showroom spaces in collaboration with internal departments
- Manage external consultant and supplier relationships across all facility-related projects
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in technical subjects (Institute for Land Surveyors, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Building Engineering)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Competency in AutoCAD 2D
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and 3D software (preferred)
- Excellent written and spoken Italian
- Written and spoken English (preferred)

Experience
Beginner-level experience; recent graduates or those with minimal practical background in facilities management or real estate operations are encouraged to apply.
Education
