Emilio Pucci seeks a Store Planning & Facility Specialist Intern in Milan to support facility management and store development across Italian locations. September start, €750/month + meal vouchers.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Manager in store planning and project management activities, including new store openings, existing store renovations, and seasonal pop-up store launches
  • Coordinate and supervise routine and emergency maintenance activities (electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems) and manage relationships with external vendors
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment failures, ensuring effective and timely resolution
  • Assist in the preparation and setup of showroom spaces in collaboration with internal departments
  • Manage external consultant and supplier relationships across all facility-related projects

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in technical subjects (Institute for Land Surveyors, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Building Engineering)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Competency in AutoCAD 2D
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and 3D software (preferred)
  • Excellent written and spoken Italian
  • Written and spoken English (preferred)
