Emilio Pucci seeks a Sales Consultant in London (Sloane Street) to deliver exceptional client service and drive RTW and leather goods sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador: embody Pucci’s image, DNA and presentation standards at all times.
  • Deliver a consistently exceptional client journey: welcome clients, educate them about the brand, and build long-term relationships.
  • Drive sales and meet targets by proactively recommending complementary RTW and leather items and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
  • Capture and maintain client data in CRM to grow the client book and support follow-up activities.
  • Process transactions professionally and ensure adherence to company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Support visual merchandising standards in-store to reflect brand image and enhance the shopping environment.
  • Monitor and contribute to store KPIs and sales reporting, remaining informed of market and fashion trends.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ sales experience in a luxury or high-fashion retail environment.
  • Proven experience selling ready-to-wear and leather goods (RTW/LG).
  • Fluent spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong personal presentation and ability to represent the Pucci brand image.
  • Demonstrable understanding of retail KPIs and target-driven performance.

Experience
