Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by proactively engaging clients, conducting personalised consultations and executing the selling ceremony.
- Deliver exceptional, high-touch customer service including after-sales follow-up, clienteling and individual relationship management.
- Collect, maintain and analyse CRM data to grow and leverage the client database and support targeted outreach.
- Support visual merchandising and in-store display set-ups in line with Visual Merchandising guidelines to preserve brand image.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across ready-to-wear and accessories; participate in trainings and local promotional events to drive collection awareness.
- Contribute to stock control and daily store operations, including cash handling, banking procedures, opening/closing routines and minor maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' selling experience in the luxury or premium fashion sector.
- Proven selling experience with ready-to-wear and accessories.
- Fluent English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and presentation skills.
- Reliable, result-oriented with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient with retail IT systems and CRM platforms; comfortable with POS and basic store accounting tasks.

Experience
At least 3 years of hands-on luxury fashion retail experience, with demonstrable achievement of sales targets and direct selling of ready-to-wear and accessory ranges.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail management or a related field is advantageous.
