Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and achieve individual sales targets as set by the Store Manager, contributing to overall boutique performance.
  • Deliver exemplary, personalised customer service across the full client journey, including proactive follow-up and after-sales care.
  • Collect, maintain and analyse CRM data to develop clienteling activity and leverage the existing customer database.
  • Execute visual merchandising and window display guidelines provided by the Visual Merchandising Manager to preserve brand image in-store.
  • Support in-store promotional activity and special events (press presentations, launches) to enhance local brand presence.
  • Maintain thorough product and competitor knowledge through trainings and self-directed learning.
  • Manage stock processes and daily store operations (petty cash, banking procedures, opening/closing routines) in accordance with maison guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' selling experience in the luxury or fashion sector, with demonstrated success in achieving targets.
  • Proven experience selling ready-to-wear (RTW) and accessories.
  • Fluent Italian and English; additional foreign languages considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills with strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
  • Reliable, professional demeanour and commitment to boutique standards and selling ceremony.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and retail management systems; comfortable with basic retail accounting and cash procedures.
