Emilio Pucci seeks a Sales Associate to join its Portofino boutique on a fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will drive sales performance, deliver exceptional clienteling, and maintain the brand's luxury retail standards through product expertise and visual merchandising excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales objectives and targets established by Store Management
- Deliver premium customer service aligned with luxury retail standards, addressing all client requests with attentiveness and professionalism
- Develop and maintain strong personal relationships with customers through individual follow-up and personalized attention
- Collect, analyze, and leverage CRM data to enhance the client database and inform sales strategies
- Execute visual merchandising guidelines for window displays and interior presentations as directed by Visual Merchandising Management
- Support promotional campaigns and special events including press presentations to elevate brand awareness and drive local sales
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge through brand-specific training and continuous education on collections, materials, and heritage
- Develop market awareness of the luxury fashion competitive landscape and positioning
- Participate in daily store operations including cash handling, banking procedures, opening and closing routines, and minor maintenance tasks
- Uphold brand standards regarding personal presentation, demeanor, and customer interaction protocols
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of proven selling experience in the luxury fashion industry
- Demonstrated experience in ready-to-wear and accessories retail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail and results-oriented work ethic
- Reliable temperament with a positive professional attitude
- Proficiency with retail management systems and point-of-sale platforms
- Fluent English and Italian language skills
- Additional foreign language proficiency preferred

1–2 years of selling experience in luxury fashion retail, with exposure to both ready-to-wear and accessories categories.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Portofino, Liguria, Italy, with easy access to Genoa.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 25,000 to EUR 28,000 per annum.
