Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with a warm, professional greeting that establishes a premium brand impression
- Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying the Maison's identity, values and collections with authentic enthusiasm
- Build and maintain meaningful client relationships through attentive listening, needs identification and personalized service
- Learn and apply luxury sales techniques whilst delivering consistency and excellence throughout the customer journey
- Provide comprehensive product information, care guidance and after-sales support
- Support inventory management through product research, availability verification across the network and stockroom coordination
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by ensuring product replenishment and environmental coherence

- Execute daily boutique operations including stock activities and general store management under team supervision
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or holding a Bachelor's degree, preferably in languages, fashion, luxury studies, marketing or related disciplines
- Fluency in French and English, with knowledge of a third language considered advantageous
- Availability for full-time internship commitment during the specified period (June–August)
