Emilio Pucci in Saint-Tropez seeks a Sales Associate Intern for a summer on-site internship (Saint-Tropez, France).
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with a warm, professional greeting to ensure a premium first impression of the brand.
- Act as a brand ambassador and storyteller, presenting the Maison’s identity and collections with consistency.
- Build customer relationships by listening, identifying needs and contributing to a personalised service experience.
- Learn and apply sales techniques; support the selling ceremony and clienteling activities under supervision.
- Provide product information, after-sales assistance and product care recommendations.
- Support product research and availability checks within the boutique and wider network.
- Contribute to product replenishment and maintain an organised, visually coherent boutique in line with VM guidelines.
- Assist with packaging and preparing deliveries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with brand standards.
- Support daily boutique operations as needed (stockroom organisation, basic stock activities) under the Store Team’s guidance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or current enrolment in a relevant programme (languages, fashion/luxury, marketing or related fields).
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is an advantage.
- Availability to work full-time for the duration of the internship (early June to end of August).
- Professional demeanour, enthusiasm, dynamism, strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

Beginner level: this internship is suitable for students or recent graduates with limited professional experience; prior retail or customer-service exposure is beneficial but not required.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a bachelor-level programme (preferably languages, fashion/luxury, marketing or a related discipline).
