Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with a warm, professional and hospitable greeting to ensure a premium first impression of the brand.
- Act as a brand ambassador and storyteller, conveying the Maison’s identity, values and collections with enthusiasm and consistency.
- Build strong customer relationships by listening to needs and contributing to personalized client service.
- Learn and apply sales techniques; support the selling ceremony and clienteling activities under the guidance of the Store Team and company tutor.
- Provide product and service information, including after-sales assistance and product care recommendations.
- Support product research and availability checks across the boutique network when required.
- Contribute to product replenishment and maintain an organized, visually coherent environment in line with VM guidelines.
- Assist with packaging and preparing product deliveries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with brand standards.
- Support daily boutique operations (stockroom organisation, basic stock activities) under supervision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program; preferred fields: languages, fashion/luxury, marketing or related disciplines.
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages considered an advantage.
- Availability to work full-time for the seasonal period (early June to end of August) and on-site in Saint-Tropez.
- Professional demeanour, enthusiasm, strong attention to detail and ease of integration within a team environment.

Experience
Beginner — no prior professional experience required. Previous retail or luxury internship experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or current enrolment in a Bachelor's program in languages, fashion, marketing or a related field.

The successful candidate will be located in Saint-Tropez, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France, with easy access to Nice.
