Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets set by the Store Manager and contribute to store KPIs.
- Deliver exemplary customer service: build personalised client relationships and manage individual follow-ups.
- Collect, update and analyse CRM data to maximise the client database and sales opportunities.
- Support in-store promotional campaigns and maintain up-to-date product and collection knowledge.
- Contribute to window and interior visual merchandising in line with Visual Merchandising Manager guidelines.
- Perform daily store operations, including cash handling and standard financial procedures.
- Assist with stock control and inventory tasks, following Maison guidelines and procedures.
- Adhere to brand image and store behaviours, including dress code and customer approach.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years' sales experience in luxury fashion or premium retail.
- Proven experience selling ready-to-wear and accessories.
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent selling, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability and results-orientation.
- Proficient with standard computer tools and retail management systems.

Experience
Entry-level to junior: typically 1–2 years of customer-facing sales experience within luxury or fashion retail, with demonstrable success selling ready-to-wear and accessories and using CRM to manage client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
