Sales Assistant at Emilio Pucci, Paris. Temporary full-time luxury fashion retail role combining customer service, merchandising, and sales operations. €26,000–€30,000 plus commissions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals established by the Store Manager whilst maintaining strong customer relationships
- Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively addressing client requests and facilitating personalized follow-ups
- Collect and analyze CRM data to leverage the existing client database and support targeted clienteling initiatives
- Contribute to window and interior display setups whilst adhering to Visual Merchandising Manager guidelines
- Support in-store promotional campaigns to develop brand awareness and showcase seasonal collections
- Maintain comprehensive product and collection knowledge through participation in specialized training sessions
- Assist in stock control and inventory management in accordance with Maison guidelines
- Execute daily store operations including cash handling and adherence to established financial procedures
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of sales experience in the luxury and fashion industry
- Demonstrated expertise in selling ready-to-wear and accessories
- Excellent selling and communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
- Proficiency with computer systems and retail management platforms
- Fluency in English and French; additional foreign language knowledge is advantageous

2–3 years of sales experience in the luxury and fashion sector, with documented expertise in ready-to-wear and accessories retail.
