Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals established by the Store Manager and contribute to team performance metrics
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client requests and fostering individual relationships
- Collect and analyze CRM data to leverage the existing client database and support clienteling initiatives
- Contribute to window and interior display setups in compliance with Visual Merchandising guidelines
- Maintain excellent product and collection knowledge through participation in specialized training sessions
- Support in-store promotional campaigns to develop the brand and collections at the local level
- Assist in stock control and inventory management according to Maison standards
- Execute daily store operations including cash handling and financial procedures
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of sales experience in the luxury or fashion industry
- Demonstrated experience selling ready-to-wear and accessories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with retail management systems and computer applications
- Fluency in English and French (additional foreign languages are advantageous)

2–3 years of professional sales experience in the luxury or fashion retail sector, with demonstrated expertise in selling ready-to-wear and accessories.
Education
