Emilio Pucci seeks a Sales Assistant in Paris, France. Temporary full-time role requiring 2–3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals established by Store Management whilst maintaining high standards of customer engagement
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client requests and building meaningful relationships
- Collect and analyse CRM data to leverage existing client databases and personalise customer interactions
- Develop and maintain retail excellence through consistent personal engagement with customers and individual follow-ups
- Contribute to window and interior display setups in accordance with Visual Merchandising Manager guidelines
- Support in-store promotional campaigns to develop brand awareness and drive collection sales locally
- Maintain comprehensive product and collection knowledge through participation in specialised training sessions
- Assist in stock control and inventory management, adhering to Maison guidelines and procedures
- Perform daily store operations including cash handling and financial procedures
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of verified sales experience in the luxury or fashion sector
- Demonstrated expertise in selling ready-to-wear and accessories
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset
- Reliability and positive professional demeanour
- Competency with retail management systems and point-of-sale software
Skills
Experience
2–3 years of professional sales experience within the luxury or fashion industry, with demonstrated competency in selling ready-to-wear and accessories to discerning clientele.
Education
No specific educational qualifications required; however, secondary education level is expected. Specialist training in retail or luxury brand operations is advantageous.
