Role & Responsibilities
- Develop accurate patterns directly in Lectra CAD software from sketches, 3D briefs, and draping—ensuring alignment with design, functional, and technical requirements
- Execute precise draping on the mannequin with an emphasis on fresh, modern sensibilities
- Create accurate placement seams and sewing specifications for sample and production phases
- Participate in development and production fittings, providing technical guidance on garment fit and construction
- Perform rapid and accurate pattern modifications during prototyping, sampling, and pre-production phases
- Generate detailed technical documentation in PLM systems for design, production, and development teams
- Ensure strict compliance with Maison standards for quality, aesthetics, and construction methodology
- Support preparation for runway shows and brand presentations by finalizing patterns for sample production
- Track patterns from development through approval and prepare specifications for industrialization
- Collaborate with CAD, cutting room, prototyping, and design teams to refine garment construction and finalization
- Partner with product development and industrialization teams to evaluate technical feasibility and optimize production viability
- Share construction and garment-building expertise to streamline industrialization processes and reduce waste
- Provide technical input during risk and cost assessments with manufacturing and sourcing teams
- Advise on material compatibility with pattern specifications and garment performance
- Leverage digital tools and CAD systems to enhance pattern accuracy and consistency
- Contribute to the development of advanced pattern-making methodologies and best practices

Qualifications
