Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the global paid media and social media strategy to amplify brand visibility while preserving Pucci’s creative DNA.
  • Plan, execute and optimise omni-channel campaigns (paid, owned, earned) from concept through performance analysis and reporting.
  • Manage relationships with performance marketing, media and social agencies; coordinate briefs, timelines and deliverables across teams.
  • Own the media calendar, campaign budgets and related administrative processes to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
  • Supervise technical and operational management of social channels in partnership with agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Design and implement influencer marketing strategies for product launches and events, including talent scouting, contracting and coordination.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with media partners and key influencers to surface new opportunities and collaborative projects.
  • Prepare concise performance reports and strategic presentations for leadership and cross-functional review.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related discipline.
  • Minimum five years’ professional experience in media, digital or influencer roles; prior experience in fashion or luxury preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Proven strategic mindset with strong project management capabilities and agency management experience.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational and interpersonal skills with an ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of major paid media platforms, notably Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Innovative, detail-oriented and collaborative team player.

Experience
